Hello Brittany,

Really enjoyed the pictures that you put together for our Uncle and Aunt. I really miss some of those good times back on the farm. The house is still standing, but the barn is ready to come down anytime soon. I think the next big wind storm will probably do it out there. I think that Grandpa's farm tools are still in there, probably very rusty. The next trip that I go out to Nebraska I will try to salvage anything worth saving.

See you soon,
Steven

Hello Brittany,

Just wanted to drop a note to say hello and say how enjoyable seeing the pictures and watching the movie was. Did you know that Aunt Susie was a Rosie the Riveter during those times? You wouldn't know it from seeing her now would you! Please keep in touch.

Best Wishes,

Joseph

Hello Paul,

I believe that my uncle was a master sargent. I asked my Dad and he seemed to think that was what he was after his four years. It was during the Korean war. Anyway it was fun to help be involved in the making of this tribute. I would like to do this for my Grandparents too. If there are any connections that you have in getting some photos of them it would really help out. Do you think that Aunt Susie has some photos of them?

Hi Brittany,

Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed seeing the photos of your uncle and aunt. It really is enjoyable to see some of the early years and how much they have changed over time. When your uncle was in the navy was pretty interesting. Do you know what rank he was?

take care,

Paul

I used to live on a mountain where I could run around by myself all day long. I liked to chase the squirrels up the many pine trees that were everywhere. Then I would sit at the base of the tree and bark while the squirrel would chatter and jump from branch to branch. Eventually I would get bored and return home where I could have all the food and water I wanted. Sometimes I would get a dog biscuit if I was lucky!
